The heart of Middleton Preschool is its child-centered preschool and 4K curriculum. The school offers a variety of preschool choices as well as one 4K program choice during the regular school year (September-May).

Middleton Preschool is partnering with the Middleton-Cross Plains school district to offer the 4K program. Enrollment for 4K is done through the Middleton-Cross Plains school district.  If interested in the 4K program you can email Middleton Preschool or call.

Children must be age 3 by September 1 and toilet trained for the morning preschool class.

Children must be age 4 by September 1 and toilet trained for the 4K classes.

Please make tuition checks payable to Middleton Preschool. At the time of registration, there is a NON REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE OF $80.00/family to hold your child’s spot at Middleton Preschool.  Tuition is due on the first day of each month thereafter.
