Middleton Preschool is seeking a Part-Time 4K teacher, within the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District (MCPASD). Candidates will have the ability to deliver the 4K curriculum used in MCPASD, while understanding the developmental stages of the four-year-old child and developmentally appropriate practices. 

Preferred candidates will possess leadership skills and excellent classroom management skills. Candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal skills to work with a variety of students, adults, and our teaching assistants, and have a sincere, positive attitude. 

Our 4K teacher hours are M-F, 11:15-3:15, plus up to an additional 5 hours per week for planning and prep. Pay will be based on experience.

Middleton Preschool creates a warm and friendly place for young children to explore and experiment, express ideas and feelings, develop and grow. Through fun activities and interesting “studies”, our 4K teacher will guide students’ social/emotional development, and engage students in learning important skills in literacy, math, science, social studies and the arts.
